Hi,

The project I am working on uses Order level discounts, item level
discounts and possibly shipping discounts, but requires that only one
discount ever be applied (according the to priority set).

I have created some dummy discounts in marketing manager and set the
priorities accordingly. I have not enabled any interaction between
discounts.

I have one "LoyaltyCardDiscount" that applies a 10% discount to the
order total if the user has a loyalty card number saved on their
profile. This discount is always given the lowest priority.

If I enable one of the item level discounts or the shipping discount
then it is applied ALONG with the loyalty card discount, despite the
loyalty card discount having the lowest priority and not allowing any
discount interaction.

Have I missed a step somewhere? How can I ensure that only one
discount is ever applied?

Note: If I create just order level discounts then only one will be
applied at a time, same with just item level discounts. It seems
having a mixture causes problems.

Thanks

Jenny
