Installing DirectMailer

When install the Direct Mailer Service, on separate Windows 2003 server with
SQL 2000, I receive following error
Product: Microsoft Commerce Server 2002 Standard Edition -- Error 1720.There
is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A script required for this
install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or
package vendor. Custom action CA_TmpCopyDLLs script error -2146828212,
Microsoft VBScript runtime error: Path not found Line 4, Column 1,

Please Help me

I searched for previous support cases with this error and found a few
possible causes:

1. Wrong version of Windows Script Host

This problem was due to a mismatch in the version of
Windows Script Host. After installing the 5.6 version, the installation was
able to
run this command CreateObject("WScript.Shell"), and proceed to completion.

2. The other case was a hardware problem:

Appears to be a problem with the filesystem object. Discovered that this
was being
cause by a hardware problem (bad drive or controller).
