Author Error while unpacking retail2002 site

Hi,

I am not able to able to unpack customize retail2002 site.

Is there something missing? both bizdesk and b2bsites
unpack but I do not see the actual retail site under
commerce manager.

Please advice.

You will need to review your PUP.log file (Commerce Server 2000/2002 use
this file to record what occurs during the pup/unpup process) located on
your root drive. This file should list any errors that occurred during
your unpup process. It will break down when it is unpackaging the
Retail2002 site, Retail2002 Business Desk site, and the B2B site. You
should see an error when it attempts to unpackage the Retail2002 site.

Kindly help as I am not able to figure out what exactly=20
is missing.

The excerpt you included from the pup.log file is missing the lines preceding the first error ("Unable to open..."). Please resend a larger excerpt with at least the 10 lines preceding the error.
