| Hi,
Integration:
I have created a commerce server application using
VS.Net, and then enabled my application for CMS using
VS.net.It works fine.
Installation and Deployment:
I am following a Two-Computer Non-Clustered
Configuration described below for Installation.
Steps for Installation.
Step 1: Installed Commerce Server and and Content
Management Server along with SQL SERVER database on
Computer A.
Step 2: Installed a Commerce Server Web server on
Computer B, which installs the Run Time for Commerce
server.Any request for my application would be redirected
to computer A.
Steps for Deployment.
Step 1: Packed and Created a PUP file for my site from
Computer A.
Step 2 :Add the Commerce Server Web server (Computer B) to
my application.Unpacked my site on Computer B.
While executing my application from Computer B , my
application throws an error that , it cannot locate dll's
for Content Management Server. What i understand that my
application requires the run time for CMS.But there is no
seperate client installation available for CMS.I dont want
to install CMS Server on Computer B.
Note: The above approach works well if my application is a
pure Commerce Server application and not integrated with
CMS.
What is the solution to this problem ?.
