Commerce Server Setup - "Analysis and Data Warehouse" Missing

Hi there.

I'm attempting to develop a CS2k solution on my Windows XP
laptop. I'm installing using SetupDevEdition.exe from the
Commerce Server SP2 zipfile.

However, when I install, I'm not given an option to
install the "Analysis and Data Warehouse" package.

Can somebody explain to me how I'd go about installing it?

(And an additional random question since I'm posting -- Is
it possible to install the Full-Text Search module in
SQL2K if you didn't check it on the initial install,
without doing a full reinstall?)
