Hi All,

We are using Commerce Server, Version 3.0, from Microsoft
in one of our Shopping cart application.

We are getting an error while trying to call the pipeline
components from the code using the function Runplan(),
RunPurchase() etc... The exact error message is as given
below...

Error Type:
Commerce.OrderPipeline (0x8001010E)
Component Execution failed for component[0x1] hr:
0x8001010E ProgID: Commerce.Scriptor.1
/apps/samp/xt_orderform_purchase.asp, line 54

In the above case, the error happens when we try to call
mscsPage.RunPurchase()...

What could be the issue... I have put enough debug
messages in the purchase.pcf, but the error seems to
happen even before the script is called.

Please let us know how to go about fixing this issues.

Thanks in advance.

Thank you for using Microsoft Newsgroups.

There is not much we can do at this point since Site Server 3.0 Commerce
Edition is no longer supported. You might want to check the newsgroup for
Site Server and see if posting the question there gets you some more
troubleshooting steps.

Here's what I found:
From kb article Q186063 INFO: Translating Automation Errors for VB/VBA
(Long) http://support.microsoft.com/?id=186063
-2147417842 (8001010E) The application called an interface that was
marshalled for a different thread.

Enable pipeline logging to see if you can capture any additional
information on the value being passed when it fails.
