Author Unpacking error

During the unpack process the Web application is not installed into IIS. It
gives an error 46:Permission Denied. The Biz Desk application was created
correctly however. I've tried deploying my site to 2 different servers and
got the same error. Anyone know what caused this error and how to overcome
it?
