Hello to everybody. I am a new user of MS Commerce (very beginner). When i install CS 2002, after installation it automatically begins roll back process and uninstalls Commerce. What i have to do?

Preinstalled software : Windows 2003, SQL 2000 (SP4), Analysis service for SQL (SP4), Office 2003.
