Configuring CS2K7 with SQL2005 Express Edition
|

| I am having issues in configuring CS2k7 with SQL2k5 Express Edition. I didn't
face any issues with CS2k7 Beta version. After installaing CS2k7 developer
edition, while configuring, it asks for the Database Details and once I
select SQL Express instance, it throws out an error. But it works with other
editions of SQL 2005 Server.
Has anyone come across such instance?

| This should work.
Are you able to connect to your SQL Server using SQL Management Studio (if
you have SQL Express with Advanced Features)? This will confirm that its
not a connectivity issue.
Can you provide more details about your error?
There should be a log file in your %temp% directory with more details about
the failure.
Hope that helps,
madhur
