catalog changes not reflected

| Hi,
We made some changes in our catalog structure.
Deleted old categories, built new category tree and reassigned the products
to the new categories.
After that I made full catalog import in the DTS - however I don't see new
category structure when browsing cubes and productcategory shared dimension.
Why are the changes not reflected in the DW ?

| Did you do a data warehouse import? The DW is only updated via the import
process and associated steps in DTS. Have you tried deleting and
repopulating the DW?

| Yes, I did all the steps via the DTS steps. I don't won't to delete and
repopulate all the DW - it is very big and has 3 years data in.
Can I delete only the catalog part of the DW?
