Can't view Reports...

| I'm attempting to view the web reports (Activity by browser, General
Activity, etc.) but when IE opens to display the report, I receive the page
saying I need Office XP web controls.
These are installed (have OfficeXP), but getting the same error.
Any ideas?

| I researched this problem and the only hit I found with a similar problem
and potential resolution was in the
microsoft.public.commerceserver.datawarehousing newsgroup with title
"BizDesk Data Warehouse Web Components". (Search Google Groups for that,
for example).
excerpt:
"Tried this but it still did not work. Maybe something is conflicted in my
registry. I then had my IS team install another new image which had an
older version of Office and then upgraded this to Office 2003 (still
Windows XP Pro) and this seems to have done the trick. Everything is
working fine now. Thanks to everyone for their suggestions."
