Commerce Server Analysis - Product Sales Report

The Product Sales report is meant to display sales by catalologue. My site
has four catalogues yet the report lists all sales as coming from the
catalogue unknown. If I uncheck the 'unknown' catalogue and leave all of the
other catalogues checked then it reports no sales. Is there something I have
to do to enable the recording of the catalogue containing the products sold?

I created the import task using the Commerce Server Data Import Wizard, this
created what I assume are the required steps to acheive the population of
the data wharehouse and the generation of the Commerce Server reports.
