Hi,

we have import data into the data warehouse and started looking at the reports. We get information from the Product Sales reports and Customer Sales report but the buyer browse to purchase report is empty. Can anyone suggest what might be missing for this
report to come up empty.

Thanks, Andy

Andy,

What DTS tasks did you execute to create the data warehouse and what order
did you run them in? Do you have any errors in your application event log?

Thanks

Hi Kevin,

We used the DTs package created by the DW Import Wizard. This includes Configuration Synchronization, Web Server Log import, Transaction Data Import, Product Catalog Import and Report preparation. There are no error messages relating to the import in the
event viewer.

Thanks, Andy

I forgot to mention that we also attempted this with the Profiles import but without any success.

Andy,

Are you setting the MSProfile ticket for your users and what happens when
you process the BuyerVisits cube?

Thanks
