About a 6 months ago all the dynamic reports stopped working. That is, when
running a report the browser launches and displays the loading Office XP
Controls. Then only the page report header is displayed with the
Description:, Prepared by:, and Prepared on: which is blank.

There is nothing in the Event Viewer or any other log files that indicates a
problem.

The Static reports still return data.

Any ideas on what I need to look for?

Hi,

I believe we should first try to determine if this is a client or server
side issue. Many dynamic report issues were caused by client-side
configurations like Office Web Control and IE security setting.

You may test accessing BizDesk from other client machines with OWC
installed and ensure the Commerce site has been added to Trusted zone. See
if the same problem can be reproduced.
