| Hi,
Please take a look at (in the CS 2002 Help documentation) the
"Business-to-Consumer Tutorial" -> Lab 1 -> Lesson 5 for details on how to
make the change in BizDesk Profiles section and how to publish the changes
to be able to view the changes on the web site itself. Make sure you have
completed the step of tying the Gender site term created to the user
profile definition.
Hope that helps.
Thanks,

| Hi Eric,
Any errors in the Event Viewer? Seems like there might be an issue in the
refresh of the profiles - do you get any errors when you publish the
profile changes to the web?
Thanks,

| Hi Eric,
Could you try this on another machine as well and see if it works or not? I
am thinking that this is probably a machine specific configuration issue.
Also, might be worth checking if you notice any other issue with the
Profiles subsystem when working on this site.
If it is still not resolved, you might need to follow up with Microsoft
Product Support services.
Thanks,
Nihit Kaul[MSFT]
