Author Business desk is frequently restarting

I have disabled the Rapid fail protection so it quits restarting and it still
doing it. Please any suggestion to solve this issue would be highly
appreciated.

Fadi,

Lower security on the application pool. Uncheck the enable pinging setting.
This worked for me.
