I would recommend checking your setting on bizdesk...
e.g. iis permissions on bizdesk folder, widget folder,
etc... you might want to check out the msib 2.1
installation guide. it has a pretty detail documentation
on setting up bizdesk and cs2002.

Do you by any chance have Norton Systemworks installed on your system? If
you do, it has a function that keeps scripts from running. That can be what
is blocking your bizdesk... That happenned to me...
