BizDesk Access Error

| Just installed CS 2002 (with SP2) on Win 2003. When
going to the BizDesk site, I get "An error occurred while
accessing the Business Desk.Contact your system
Administrator."
I'm stumped - as the CS site that I have setup works
fine. Is there some configuration setting that I'm
missing?
Any help would be greatly appreciated...

| Problem with permissions and/or IIS. Run the sp2upgrade script from the
\Commerce Server 2002\sp2\ directory and check the permissions on the SQL
database. Make sure there are entries for everyone: Administrator(s),
ASP.NET, IWAM_COMPUTER, IIS_COMPUTER.
