BizDest Not Showing Styles

Hi all,

I have tried installing BizDesk on a production web server and the UI
is strange. In appears as if the styles are not applied and the links
in the left nav are not active. The background is white and the left
nav is just text.

Does anyone have ideas on where to start with this issue?
