Edit Product page won't load

| I know I've seen this problem before, but I don't remember the root cause or
the solution. I've also seen it posted in the newsgroups before, but can't
find it anywhere right now. My BizDesk user can get into Business Desk, open
the Catalog Editor, open a catalog, and browse the hierarchy to find a
product. When she tries to edit a product, the Edit Product page says
"Loading widget, please wait..." and all of the product properties say
"Loading property..." and it just sits there. The user is a member of the
BizDesk security group and that group has permissions in the catalog
database. The BizDesk application in IIS is configured for Basic
Authentication only with SSL required.
Any idea what's causing this problem?
Thanks,
Zoe

| Zoe,
I had a very similar problem recently that was fixed my making sure
the permissions on the BizDesk Virtual Directory matched that of the
Widgets Virtual Directory. They both needed to have basic
authentication enabled as well.
I am not sure if that is your issue but it really does sound like what
I was experiencing.
