Business Desk - Site Terms Editor Hangs when loading in 2003

Site Terms Editor Hangs when loading in 2003

When I press Profiles, Site Terms Editor I get a message
that the editor is loading but it never completes. I'm
ruinning 2003 enterprise CS 2002 SP2 with all of the
prerequisites and updates. Please help.

I guess this is the BizDesk. Make sure that there is virtual directory
named widgets in your IIS and that you have permission to it and on Port
80. If it's not there you can create it and point the virtual directory to
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Commerce Server 2000\Widgets
