| Hi,
I'm using the Commerce Server 2002 documentation to create an e-com site in asp.net using Commerce Server 2002.While using the Commerce Server 2002 documentation lab4 step 5,6 i.e., when I click campaign->campaign manager, I got error that "object cant be
created".
I need a solution to this and Can I get the architecture of how Commerce Server 2002 works internally, which form in bizdesk accesses which table etc. from any book or net.
Thanks.

| Kamal,
Are you running CS2002 with SP2 or at least SP1. SP1 includes the ability to
manage security on the Commerce Server services via dcomcnfg. You are
getting an error because the account in which you're running BizDesk doesn't
have the appropriate permissions on the Commerce Server List Manager
service, which the Campaign Module uses. Read knowledge base article 328522.
This covers how to use dcomcnfg to set security for the Commerce Server
services.
