Can not launch Bizdesk

I have a clean install of Commerce Server 2002 Developer Edition on Windows
2000 professional. I also installed the retail solutions site. When I go to
http://localhost/retailBizdesk to set up the client, IE just sits there
until it times out.

Any suggestion?
