Same problem for me

| I would be interested in a solution, as it also happens for me every time.
- From my local machine I am trying to access Bizdesk which is set up on a different machine and configured for Anonymous Authentication. I always get the "You do not have sufficient permissions" message.
If I try using integrated authentication, i get past the "You do not have sufficient permissions" problem, however when i then try to do anything, e.g. edit catalog, I get a message saying "Filtered View... Loading Widget, please wait...".
I have another Commerce server site set up on another box, (again with anonymous auth) and can access this fine, so I can't see that there is anything wrong with my local machine...

| Garry,
In the latter case when you used integrated authentication and get the
"loading widget..." message, try checking the IIS directory security
settings on the widgets folder under your BizDesk virtual application. I
think that you would want it to have the same directory security settings as
the BizDesk virtual application - i.e. Integrated. I've seen this symptom in
the past and solved it by adjusting the directory security settings on the
widgets folder.
Good luck.

| Hi All
We too are facing this problem. We get the error message "You do not have
sufficient permissions to use Microsoft Commerce Server Business Desk.
Please contact you system administrator." when biz desk is accessed from the
client. But this message doesn't come consistently. We are not able to
replicate it. When I check the details of the error it says:
Description : "Out of memory error"
Source : "Provider"
Help context : 1240640
Does your error description match the on I am getting.
Regards
Shekhar
