| This generally indicates a problem with DTC. Make sure that you've turned
on Network DTC on the W2K3 server. It's in the Windows components,
Application Server section of the Add/Remove Programs applet.
If that doesn't work ... search the KB for DTCPING. It will allow you to
verify that DTC is working correctly.
