Author Not able to SAVE ORDERS

I have installed CS2K2 standard edition on Win2K3(32 bit) Standard Edition.

After lots of fire-fighting I have been able to deploy Bizdesk and the Portal. But now i am not able to save basket as an ORDER. The error in the application log is as follows:

Failed to save basket as an order.
at Microsoft.CommerceServer.Runtime.Orders.Basket.SaveAsOrder()

Any help on this ASAP is appreciated.

This generally indicates a problem with DTC. Make sure that you've turned
on Network DTC on the W2K3 server. It's in the Windows components,
Application Server section of the Add/Remove Programs applet.

If that doesn't work ... search the KB for DTCPING. It will allow you to
verify that DTC is working correctly.
