Additional database after installing commerce server

| Hi all,
I just installed Commerce Server 2002 . After I do unpup, I notice that a
database named like Mscs_catalogscrach is created in the sql server.
I looked at the objects in this and there are no any objects. Does any one
know if this databsae created by commerce server and why it is used

| The MSCS_CatalogScratch database is created when you install the Product
catalog resource

Hello Brian,
Yes Mscs_catalogscrach is created by CS2002 but i don't now why, sorry
