Business Desk - organization profile DB update

I have added a new property group inside already exising Organization
profile with couple of fields in it..i am trying to create a new organization
Profile thru bizdesk and it fails with the error "performStorageAction()"
could not perform single instance UPDATE operation.I am able to create a new
UseObject profile thru bizdeek successfully though.I am using CS2002 starter
site FP1
Please help me with what i need to modify here...

This could be because data is being written to one of the properties that
is not allowed (i.e. binary to text, or data too large), or a required
property is not being populated. Are you using Active Directory as your
profile storage or SQL server?

Have a look at the organizational profile definition & the fields you are
trying to write.
