Error in InitCSFPipeline Component

| I'm using the Content Connector on a site using MSIB 2.1, and I'm having a problem with the InitCSFPipeline component in the Resolution.pcf. This works fine in my development environment, however, in a cleaner staging environment I get the following erro
r (from the pipelog):
PIPELINE:-- component [0x0] returned hr: 0x80004005, IErrorLevel=4 in 47 milliseconds
Error Description: Component Execution failed for component[0x0] hr: 0x80004005
ProgID: Commerce.CSFInitPipeline.1
Dictionary error: Value for key 'factory' in dictionary 'Advertising cache' missing (expected a variant of type 9)
PIPELINE:-- 2004/01/07 00:22:56.0695 Pipeline Execution completed returning hr: 0x80004005
i: 0x1
hrLoop: 0x80004005
*plErrorLevel: 1000
Any ideas? Did I miss configuring a setting with the Content Connector in my staging environment?
NOTE - The application event log also has an error like the following:
MSCSCfg: Thread ID: 3112 ,Logged: PCOPipeline: Loader error: -2147024770 Automation error
The specified module could not be found.
This error leads me to think that maybe I need to reinstall something, like Commerce Server, or maybe a service pack. Anyway, any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
- Scott

| Thank you for the information. I kind of assumed we might have to open up a support incident to resolve this issue, and are planning on starting that process soon. So maybe that patch, or something else will solve our problem.
Thanks again,
- Scott
