Hi all,

We have been experienceing two errors on our site lately, both of them relating to invalid cast in csfxxx. We recently fixed the first one by appling a MS patch and altering the CSFLoadHistory details from cookie to session.

We are still experiencing the following error through, and not too sure where to start looking really. Any Ideas, here is the log event, and it is being thrown when we try to get a collection of campaigns, the strange thing is - we actually get the campag
nes - just imaging what the log file looks like though!

Also the campagn that is being served seems to be missing in BizDesk. When yoo open Campagn Manager there are the three customers we have, but they are all showing as empty, and yet our sites are serving all relevant adverts some how.

Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated.

TIA

Adam

Hello, Adam,

Can you provide more details relating to your scenario? For example, what's the pipeline property page setting for both CSFLoadHistory and CSFSaveHistory component? are they
inconsistent by any chance?

And regarding to bizdesk issue, what exactly do you mean by "showing as empty"? Under customer, there are no campaigns and you are pretty sure that you have already created
campaigns? Also anything logged to event viewer?
