can't publish campaign

I am using commerce server 2000.
I click the public campaign button in bizdesk, then select any cache, and
then click the refresh cache button, "The page cannot be displayed" error
comes. I check the page property and found the error page is
res://C:\WINNT\system32\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm#http:///proseware/BDRefresh.asp?cac...rce%3Dcampaigns

Any idea of fixing this kind of problem will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

it looks like you mahave some incorrect configuration on your runtime site
- the hostname looks like it is not configured. Note the url that cannot
be found "http:///proseware/BDRefresh.asp..." has that third '/'. Check
the nonsecure host name associated with the runtime application resource.

You should also be able to debug this issue by attaching a script debugger
to refresh.asp at the RefreshCaches function.

Thanks,
David

Thanks David, I think your anwser is close to fix my problem. I also found
that the app_url of all the campaign caches are all the url like
http:///proseware. Would you please give me more detail of how to "Check the
nonsecure host name associated with the runtime application resource".

Thank you very much

You manage the secure and non-secure host names through Commerce Server
Manager, the MMC snap in for Commerce Server. Expand the Commerce Server
Manager node, the Commerce Sites node, and the Applications node.
Right-click your application and choose Properties. The General tab of the
properties windows includes the secure and non-secure host name settings.
