I'm using FP1 on my current website.

Am I correct on this.
In a configuration wiithout FP1 you setup the discount and the campaign in
BizDesk.

Now that I'm using FP1 do I still use anything within BizDesk to setup the
display portion of my discounts? For example, when I setup a quantity
discount in the new discount manager program. There doesn't seem to be any
place where I would setup my "ad" or "banner" so I can display my discount on
the site. Does this mean I still need to use BizDesk for that functionalty?
If so, do I setup separate campaigns for the same discount (one in BizDesk
and one in the Discount Manager program)? After I installed FP1 I believe
the setup guide has you migrate your campaigns to the new database table and
structure. So I'm just a little confused as to how to setup a discount for
display on the site. I would think you only need to do it in one place.

I would appreciate any help or clearification on this.

thanks,

Hi,

The text of the discount is available from the discount manager. What you
choose to call a discount display has to be created as an Ad Campaign using
the BizDesk. The actual discount which in the non-FP1 Scenario was ALSO
created through the BizDesk is in the FP1 Scenario created through the
Discount Manager.
