Discount for product with specific quantity

How can i acomplish this scenario:
"buy any product with price greater than 15 and get 10% discount on this
product"

| You haven't specified if this is Commerce Server 2000, 2002, or 2002 + FP1.
For 2000 and 2002 using the business desk, create the following discount
definition:
Buy: Anything
Get: Unlimited of: Expression Builder - create clause: "Product.Price
greater-than 15" @ 10% off
Limit: None
The procedure for FP1 discounts is similar.

We are using CS2002 (no FP1)
The exact scenario is this.:
if you buy 10 products(with the same SKU) which cost more than 15 you get
10 % on this 10 products

| There's currently no way to express this to the discount engine without
creating one discount for each SKU that you wish to discount. You can say
"buy 10 products from Category X" or "buy 10 products of SKU XYZ", but no
way to say "buy 10 products of the same SKU (any sku)".

I hope that in cs2006 there will be an expression that could deal with this
kind of discount.
I think i'll solve this by writing a pipeline component.
