Hi,

So I found out that this is a bug if the same registered user is trying to
use the same restricted coupon a second time. If this is the case you will
want to contact Microsoft Support to see if there is a work around or if a
QFE needs to be started.

But this is by design If some other user tries to use it.

Hi James.

It is not issue at this point but i wanted to clarify why the Restricted
Type coupons could only be applied once even though I have set usage limit
to
be greater than one.

A quick overview of the scenario is. I get a restricted type coupon code
for
which the usage limit is set to be greater than one. I use this coupon the
first time and the discounts associated with the coupon are applied but I
cant use the same coupon again. On debugging I found what that the
promo_code_status is set to 2 in the marketing history and thats the reason
why the same coupon is not applicable the second time.
