Error while publishing campaigns

| hello all,
we are a very new team for this commerce server.
we are using commerce server 2002 and trying to publish campaigns (ad,
discounts) from bizdesk.
we get the error i.e.
An error ocurred while refreshing the cache for
http://commerce2k/cs2002StarterSite...name=Discounts.
and details for this error are
The refresh page on the site could not be accessed. The returned error
is 401:UnAutharised.
can anybody tell me what could be the solution?

| This typically occurs when the user accessing the business desk does not have
permissions (in IIS) on the Site code... Two ways out are
1. Make the Site run under anonymous access ONLY
2. The user through which the BizDesk is being accessed whould be added to
the IIS_WPG user group.

thanks for the guidence.
we are able to fix that prblem.
do you have any idea, how can we implement promo-code discount.
i mean where end user need to enter some valid promo code in order to
get the discount.

| Hi Rashmi,
If you're using Commerce Server 2002 & FP1 then in the documentation there
is a complete example of implementing promo codes (search using promocode) 
There is a complete different dictionary object which you need to populate
with the promo code and feed it into the basket/total pipeline. As far as the
UI is concerned, you'd need to create a field on the basket page to accept
the promocode.
