Hello,

I'm using the Retail2002 site as a prototype for a customer. I have loaded the customers catalog of 600 or so products into the site as a CSV. I've started binning the products in categories and made the categories searchable within the catalog. Everyt
hing looks fine from the Biz Desk side.

On the application side only the catalog titles show up. The catalog shows up in the Search drop down and in the Browse catalog list. But no results are ever returned while searching and browsing says no results also.

Anyone tried doing this with the Retail2002 site? Had any problems with the catalogs on the application side?

Thanks,
Keith H

In order for search to return results you will have to make the properties
freetextsearchable so that their contents can be indexed and searched for.
One way to do this is to identify all such properties whose contents you
want to be searchable and set the IsFreetextsearchable attribute to true.
You can do this by opening the property in Bizdesk and checking the
FreeTextSearchable check box or programatically using the Catalog COM
objects.

Let me know if you need any help.
