| Here they ask you to "view" the Web User Control, _Menu.acsx, that you just
added to your project. Next, they ask you to drag and drop a Label onto the
_Menu.ascx "form". How is this possible considering a Web User Control comes
formless?

| Actually VS.NET does support designers with Web User Controls. You should
be able to right-click the ASCX and select "View Designer".
I just tried this - it works!
