Properties not displayed in Catalog Manager

| Hi,
I have some custom properties that I created in Biz Desk, and I want to
create a base catalog using Catalog Manager. One of these custom
properties is the product Id I want to use for the catalog.
The problem is that these properties are not loaded in the drop down list
for choosing the product ID.
Does anybody know the solution? Thanks in advance.

| Hi,
One certain types of properties can be used as ProductId in a Base Catalog.
For example: a string property with max length less than 256 cna be used as
a product Id. Int and Decimal are the other catalog datatype properties
that can be used as product Id for a base catalog.
