| I have been developing lately on my local machine, and sending things to test
server and I just tried to point my connection strings to the sql test server
and I always get menu items missing on the default page i set up in the IIS
6.0 and I have not been able to develop code and build directly dll's in the
test server. Please advise me to how I can set up my environment properly.
