Hi,

I installed Retail2002 from our development environment to Staging
environment. In Development, CS2002 and SQL 2000 are in Samebox and
the OS is windows 2000. In Staging they are in two different boxes.
Also in Staging we are using Windows 2003. The Development box is
working fine. But when we packed and unpacked it in staging we get the
following error.

AuthManager(CommerceServer): Call to SiteConfig:;Initialize() failed,
for Commerce-Site: 'Retail2002'. Check SiteName Or
ResourceName/PropName that you are looking for

I have created ASPNET user in SQL Server box.
I have modified machine.config file and addded this username and
password in <Processmodel> Attribute.
I have given <identity impersonate="true"> and the username ,password
in this attribute.

Please let me know if there are any settings to be modified ?

Thanks in Advance

Thank you for using Microsoft Newsgroups.

It is a permissions issue. Some of the things you need to do based on your
environment:
- Q315158 FIX: ASP.NET Does Not Work with the Default ASPNET Account on a
Domain http://kb/article.asp?id=Q315158
- you also need to give IWAM_<Server Name> or the account you are using in
the application dbo access rights to the Commerce Server 2002 MSCS_Admin
database.
