| The problem could be that the UserObject and BlanketPOs profiles have
properties that reference the Organization profile
(UserObject.AccountInfo.org_id and BlanketPOs.GeneralInfo.org_id). The
error is worded the way you describe because UserObject and BlanketPOs
reference the Organization profile by 'name', which is it primary key.
I'd recommended that you modify the existing Organization profile, rather
than delete the old and create a new one.
As for locking down the Organization profile in BizDesk, I believe that you
will need to modify the source code in order to this. All of the code is
available in the vroot of the biz desk site.

There is still another issue that bothers me about profile definitions.
I deleted the default profile definition for organization and created a
custom one. When I tried to publish it I got an exception, saying that
publish of profiles has failed and property "name" can not be found in
"Organization" object.
Are there any profiles and profile properties that shoud never be
deleted and if there are, which are they? What are the exact consequences of
deleting a default profile definition? And also, how can I make a property
read-only in Business Desk?
