Hey

I created a new profile definition. Called booking. When i run the profile
import task i get an error in the event log.

"Profile Data Import Task: Class name : booking does not exist in the
Datawarehouse but is mapped to a Biz Data Catalog class. "

As far as i can understand from the documentation. The Profile import task
should created the class if it does not exsist.

I have followed the step in the documentation and I'm able to validate the
profile.

Can anyone give me som input on this error?

Kind Regards

Simon

Hi Simon,
From the docs:
If you choose to create custom profile definitions and still want to use
the Commerce Server 2002 analysis reports, you will need to map the
properties of your custom profile definitions to the tables and columns in
the Data Warehouse that provide the data for analysis reports. If you
choose to store your data in custom tables, you will need to create new
reports that access the data in those tables.

Have you tried to create the mapping table in DW database and set this
table name to the properties in the profile definition?

Search the docs for "Selecting Profile Properties for Import" and follow
the instructions there.

Thanks,
