I was having similar problems too. On my hosting company's
servers option pages there is a feature called "Hotlink
Protection". Well when enabled it protects directories
that have media files so that other web sites can't link
to your website and eat up your bandwidth or steal
copyrighted material. As soon as I disabled that feature I
was permitted to upload my new web site to the hosting
company and Frontpage 2002 did not give me Server
Extension Errors like you are getting.
