We have a FreeBSD 5.1-Release machine with Libc5, I
preformed two symbolic links:

ln -s /usr/lib/libc.so.5 /usr/lib/libc.so.4
ln -s /usr/lib/libc_r.so.5 /usr/lib/libc_r.so.4

However, Frontpage 2002 now complains that it cannot open
a lock file that it just created?

*sigh*.

Anyway, my question is this, a.) can this be fixed? or
b.) is there a pre-release of frontpage extensions 2003
for UNIX available for FreeBSD 5?

Reinstallation of the servers is not an option at this
point in time (and yes, I'm well aware that 5.X is not
production ready but since we didn't install the server
there isn't much we can do, unfortunatley we're even more
so painfully aware of it now *sigh*)
