| Since your server now has the FP SE you can use them to process the form instead of using ASP or CGI
Make sure you have enabled the support of the in Tools Page Options Compatibility / Authoring
Then in the wizard to can select to send to either type of file and / or email (if your host has enabled Email Transport under the
FP SE)

| Hi I originally was put on a linux server and my webpage
| had a form that was emailed to me successfully. Then they
| changed me over to a windows server with fp extensions and
| asp. Now my form that sends email does not work anymore.
| I made the form using the form template in fp2002. They
| told me that the old form was made using PERL and now I
| have to rewrite the form so that it is compatible with a
| windows server. I use fp2002 and windows melenium. Can
| some one try to explain this to me again so that I know
| where to start to correct the problem. I thought that the
| form was designed using asp. In the form page wizard does
| it matter if I select "save results to a web page"
| or "save results to a text file" or "use custom CGI
| script. thanks Jerry
