To make a File Upload feature work I need to change the
properties of a folder to enable me to deselect
the "Allow programs to be run" option and to select
the "Allow scripts to be run" and "Allow files to be
browsed" options. As these options are greyed-out when I
click on the Propeties of the folder, I am unable to make
these changes. How can I do this please?

The feature must be activated and permissions set by the host on the
remote/live website (if they allow), on a server using FP 2002 server
extensions.

You'll need to contact them.
