FrontPage Server Extensions for Unix

I'm running serveral sites running FrontPage Server
Extensions 2002. While the sites on version 5.0.2.5502
will open WebParts into FrontPage 2003, any sites running
version 6.0.2.5530 come back with an error saying the
webparts aren't registered as safe. The Webparts I'm using
are the same on all sites. So I'm wondering if anyone else
has had an issue with Webparts and FrontPage 2003. I've
read all the articles about registering the webparts as
safe, and those don't seem to fix my issue.
