You have to configure two different virtual webs and install the FP SE on each.

| thanks Mike,
Your suggestion is exactly what I should do, but I am a novice. Could you
please direct me to a resource where I could find a bit more detail. Are
there any codes involved?

If you have any rudimentary access to manage your remote site, just create a
new directory at the top level, then publish to it. When you published to
your first site, you did <server url>\site1. Now create <server url>\site2,
and publish the second web there. As long as you do not create an external
link between the two, they are separate sites.
