how can i add hypertext to define what page the vister will access when typed.

hi,
I am attempting on my website to create a hypertext
option that requires visiters of my website to insert a 6
digit code in a form box and i want to know how i can
alter what page they go to depending on what they insert
in the box.

EG. To visit page A you must insert 100000
to visit page B you must insert 100001

How can i insert this info into the database?
