"submit" button sending two emails and error message

| Form properties on "button" ="submit". Form properties have the email
address to which the contents should be sent, when the button is clicked.
When "submit" is clicked, on the screen, error message shows up. When you
open up email in email software, "submit" sent two emails. One just with
remote
name and remote user. The other normal email with every items which are
supposed to be sent to the email.
The error message is referring to webmaster to see web logs for detail.
The servers process what has been told to do. The other error message is
telling the person who completed the "submit" button, there is an error.
Kindly send me your experience and possible solution here.
