Unexpected error accessing FP98 web files

| I am receiving the following error message when attempting to publish my web
page:
An unexpected error occurred accessing your FrontPage web files. Authors -
if authoring against a web server, please contact the webmaster for this
server's site. Webmasters - please see the server's system log for more
details.
I am using FP98 on a Windows 2000 machine. The web site is
www.stopassaultnow.net and I think the problem is with a survey page using a
form. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Did you ask your host to check the server's system log?

I am dealing with them on that, but if I try to re-publish without shutting
down I get a different error about no web on port 8080. This has worked in
the past, but is now not working. I have been having a lot of trouble
saving and publishing the web site with FP98 and I don't have the money
right now to update to a newer version.

| I can access Frontpage98, but when I click on the editor button, it locks up.
Anyone ever have this problem?
Also...I'd like to change from 1998 to 2002 (I've had it and haven't used it
yet). Can I install it over 98?
